Petit Breuil Saffron

On the lands of the region of Surgères, Philippe Ballanger cultivates a type of saffron, the Crocus Sativus, totally pure and according to of the regulations of organic agriculture. This regional product of an exceptional quality, enjoys perfect climate conditions and an ancestral savoir-faire.

Picked by hand

All the production process, from the planting of the bulbs, to the harvesting of the flowers in Autumn then the extraction of the spice, is carried out by hand. The care taken has given this saffron of Petit Breuil an unequalled flavour that seasons deliciously the finest and most delicate dishes.
